• 1. For a non-renounceable, pro rata entitlement offer of approximately 710,332,841 New Shares on the basis of 4 New Shares for 5 Shares held by Eligible Shareholders on the Entitlement Offer Record Date at an issue price of $0.003 per New Share, to raise approximately $2,130,999 before costs (“Entitlement Offer”).


• 2. For an offer of 133,187,407 New Shares to the Placement Recipients at an issue price of $0.003 per New Share to raise $399,562 before costs (“Placement Offer”).
